Frequently asked questions:

Q: Why is there a price difference between the 41′ and 47′ kits? These are all 6″ size?

A: The difference is the commandant required length is greater for the 47′ MLB than for the 41′ UTB, which uses more material and consequently costs more. Also, the 41′ gets a 3″ port name where the 47′ gets a 4″ port name.

Q: Why is the price for the kit slightly different than when I purchase these items as separate line items?

A: In order to accommodate new purchasing requirements for some units, we have set up some of your standard items in these “kits” to standardize pricing and reduce paperwork. The only difference between kit pricing and separate line item pricing is the port name has been set at 12 characters for all units, rather than the per character price.
