We supply .080″ solid aluminum sign faces (with or without HIP reflective), designed per USCG Heraldry, as well as custom designed unit signs. We supply full one-piece ready to mount sign faces, or can be made in multiple pieces to reduce shipping cost. All signs manufactured in our shop using locally sourced custom cut solid aluminum, with computer cut and hand installed 3M 7-10 year rated solid extruded vinyl lettering installed, which will not fade or peel, and is expected to last much longer than rated. Stripes and shield are also hand assembled and installed to render the same expected life as the text, making for an extremely high quality long lasting sign.
